All the shades of grey fascinate me. The full spectrum of color can be overwhelming and delving back into abstract painting 2 years ago, my enthusiasm for color seduced me. I now find myself minimizing color and focusing more on the bones of a painting. I build up subtle colors in layers, colors that support the drawing and composition of a piece.
